Once you feel comfortable asking Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. to solve your website marketing woes, here is how the overall procedure works:

	1.	We have a free initial consultation meeting.
Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. will either come to your place of business or the meeting can be held via phone (this is dependant upon where you are located in relation to us). We discuss what your website marketing woe is, what the end result would accomplish, and any ideas, requirements or concerns you may have. We discuss whether or not Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. will be handling the hosting and / or domain of the final website, and if so discuss hosting and domain name options. It is helpful to supply Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. with as much physical information (i.e. content, images, etc) as you can during this initial meeting. This will help us to provide you an accurate cost proposal.
	2.	A cost proposal is prepared.
		After the initial consultation, Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. will review all the physical information received and notes from the meeting. A cost proposal will be prepared and emailed to you in PDF format.
	3.	A deposit is obtained.
		After reviewing the cost proposal and all questions are answered; approve the cost proposal by mailing Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. a signed copy along with 30% of the overall design cost to initiate the design process.
	4.	Initial design sent for review.
		Once the deposit and approved signed cost proposal is received, Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. will start working on the initial look-n-feel of your website design. A link will be emailed to you for review and comments. At this point the layout will be "flat" (i.e. one big picture) until it is approved.
	5.	Revise initial look-n-feel until approved.
		Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. will revise the design, using your feedback and mutually agreed changes, until you are completely satisfied. At which time the layout will be transformed into an "in-progress" website; where content and images will be added.
	6.	Creating the sites' pages.
		As content, images and other aspects of the site (i.e. database elements, etc) are implemented into the sites pages, you will receive email notifications of the progress. A link to the site will be given so you can review what has been done and relay any changes / edits that you'd like to see. Mid-way through this stage, when approximately one-quarter of the site pages have been completed. An invoice will be sent for the 2nd payment (30% of remaining design cost). During the entire process, you will be able to view your sites' progress at any time. Your site will be held within a sub-directory under the Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. domain name. Please note: If the revisions become overly excessive, additional design time charges will occur. If this situation seems likely Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. will notify you so you are aware of this - we will not just add on additional design expenses to your final invoice without your prior knowledge.
	7.	Design approved.
Once the design is approved and if Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. is to handle the hosting and domain name for the website, your hosting area will be established, email addresses activated and the website files uploaded to your hosting area. At which time your site will be "live". This usually takes approximately 1 to 2 business days. If you are handling your own hosting and domain, Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. will upload all the website files to your server with the FTP information you supply to us.
	8.	Final transaction.
Once your site is "live" Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. will invoice for the 3rd and final payment of the site with NET 10 day terms. This will include the balance of the design, hosting and domain fees, if applicable, and any other costs which may have been incurred during the process. Upon receipt of final payment, Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. will mail you a CD of your website files and a PDF of all necessary user names and passwords for your records.

The above process is the basic procedure. Since each client and project is unique there may be additional meetings required, or elements added or removed - Greenhouse Graphics, LLC. works with you to make the entire process enjoyable
and rewarding.
