This 70's era house nestled in a beautiful country setting, needed to be brought up to its full potential; inside and out.
The old T-111 siding was replaced with cedar shake siding and new architectural shingles
adorn the roof. A more intiving entrance with a covered overhang, an easy access stairway and soft lighting guides you to the refinished
wrap around deck.
All the existing hardwood floors were sanded and refinished. The bathroom has been completely
remodeled with new tiles, fixtures and windows, and the kitchen now shines with new granite countertops.
What was once an old, damp concrete basement, is now a bright, cozy and fully functional living
area! Complete with laundry facilites, full bathroom, living room with fireplace and bedroom (with its own heating zone). All new Anderson windows
bring in light to show off the country look of knotty pine trim, the natural hues of the carpet and tile and the
raised panel doors.
The extensive remodeling done will bring the owners many years of enjoyment, especially
the use of their new lower level living space! |
