Working with the owners and a local architect, we transform their seasonal home into a year round functional living space.

We added a dormer with beautiful arched windows and a cathedral ceiling with skylights and ceiling fans. The homeowners now have an abundance of natural light and open views to their waterfront property.

Residing the entire house was the final touch. This offers a clean look tying in the addition to the main house, and is also maintenace free for the owners. A deck was also added with a board-walk to the beach (not shown).

With outdated bubble skylights, an old roof, T-111 siding and non-usable sliding glass doors above the garage, this house was in need for a complete remodel.

The T-111 was replaced with the classic look of cedar clappard siding. New architectural shingles and a simple peaked roof line, added character to the house. The two new side-by-side windows above the garage and extra windows on the front of the house, really brought natural light into the living area. Lastly, a new deck constructed of vinyl railings and composite flooring created a more inviting front entrance.

A brand new look, with functionality, reduced heating costs, and a maintenance free deck!

This 70's era house nestled in a beautiful country setting, needed to be brought up to its full potential; inside and out.

The old T-111 siding was replaced with cedar shake siding and new architectural shingles adorn the roof. A more intiving entrance with a covered overhang, an easy access stairway and soft lighting guides you to the refinished wrap around deck.

All the existing hardwood floors were sanded and refinished. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with new tiles, fixtures and windows, and the kitchen now shines with new granite countertops.

What was once an old, damp concrete basement, is now a bright, cozy and fully functional living area! Complete with laundry facilites, full bathroom, living room with fireplace and bedroom (with its own heating zone). All new Anderson windows bring in light to show off the country look of knotty pine trim, the natural hues of the carpet and tile and the raised panel doors.

The extensive remodeling done will bring the owners many years of enjoyment, especially the use of their new lower level living space!

New owners of this fix'er up house complete with plywood for the siding and deck, stained carpets, and linoleum floors inside, they really needed help!

For cost-effectiveness, T-111 siding replaced the worse areas of the house. A new deck was constructed updating the front of the house, and a work shed was built designed to hold the homeowners tools and lawn equipment.

The extisting linoleum in the dinning room and kitchen were replaced with 12" wide knotty pine flooring, the carpets in the living room and entire 2nd floor were replaced, and the linoleum in the bathroom replaced with tiles. An unused storage area was converted to a laundry room. Then with a final added touch, the power was upgraded to 200 amp service and baseboard heating was installed.

Even on a tight budget, the transformation was extensive for this retreat in the country. Now the new owners can enjoy sitting on the deck gazing at the stars, their feet will be carressed by the new flooring throughout the house and the sizable work shed will definately come in handy.

A basement in need of life, laughter and activity for a family of six.

The focal point was to have an Irish Bar attmosphere. Walls were put in and painted a lovely light Irish green and durable Berber carpets installed. A new stairwell to allow access from the main floor was a necessity for the homeowners. The bar was meticulously designed with every feature; including lighting, sink, oak trim and lots of storage.

After: An entertainers delight. The proud owners of this fabulous transformed basement have many happy memories to come.
